If fires are on presale then this means you will save a considerable amount of money on them but they aren`t in stock for a few weeks - check the top of the listing for more information.

The Wall Mounted Fires are sent via Parcelforce from our warehouse, we will send to the address you specify.

Please note that tracking data will be emailed to you or will be updated in the Paypal transaction when the item is sent and this will allow tracking of you item.

Please ensure that you check the item before signing for it, if it is damaged reject the item and have it returned to us for a replacement, free of charge.

Pallet Track are used to ship the larger fires (72 and 60 inch) and this is charged at £45.00 - this is scheduled delivery service where they will ring you arrange prior to delivering.

There is a 1-3 day handling time on some order.

Not that there are small increases in delivery times for outlying postcodes.
